dry pigments

Lightfast organic and synthetic pigments collected from worldwide sources - for use by
artists as a raw material.

health and safety

Pigments, like all artist’s materials are chemicals. Compared with other chemicals, pigments are of low hazard, due to their extremely low solubility. This limits their bio-availability and therefore their toxicity. All KROMA pigments are designated non-toxic. However, all chemicals require safe handling practices, and as with all powders, care should be taken to avoid inhalation of dust. Work areas should be well ventilated. Avoid prolonged skin contact. Use rubber gloves to protect hands and a dust mask or respirator for full protection.

Refer to Dry Pigment MSD sheet for full health and safety information

Powdered dry pigments are the raw material that give paints their colour.
